Chicken wings have never tasted so good (until now)
What you will need:
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
10 whole chicken wings

For the sauce:
5 tablespoons of Heinz sticky BBQ sauce
5 tablespoons of Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 tablespoons of runny honey
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
A sprinkle of bbq fajita seasoning by ol paso

All you have to is:

1. In a shallow bowl, beat egg and water. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, basil, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and paprika.

2. Dip chicken wings into egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.

3.Place in a greased tin and bake at 150° for 25 minutes or until juices run clear, turning every 10 minutes.

4. In a separate bowl, mix the sauce ingredients.

5. Once the chicken wings are ready, let them cool for 10 minutes.

6. Dip one chicken wing one by one in the sauce for 3 seconds and make sure they all coated all round with the sauce ad lay out in a flat tray.

7. Place tray back in the oven until ready to serve.

8. Then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

9. Voila! Your own home made BBQ wings!
